Director
Omar Ashraf is an Egyptian filmmaker, actor, visual artist, and engineer. He graduated from Cairo University’s Faculty of Engineering. Moving from narrative filmmaking into documentary, experimental film, and visual art, his work explores human stories and everyday experiences, with an interest in the relationship between people, memory, and place. His interests also include sustainability and culture, reflecting his wide artistic and intellectual vision. عمر أشرف صانع أفلام وممثل وفنان بصري ومهندس مصري، تخرج من كلية الهندسة بجامعة القاهرة. يتنقل في مسيرته من صناعة الأفلام الروائية إلى الأفلام الوثائقية والتجريبية والفن البصري، حيث تستكشف أعماله الحكايات الإنسانية والتجارب اليومية، مع اهتمام بالعلاقة بين الإنسان والذاكرة والمكان. كما يهتم بالاستدامة والثقافة، وهو ما ينعكس في تنوع اهتماماته الفنية والفكرية.
