In the tides of the Ipojuca River, it’s not just livelihood that is pulled from the mud — it’s also dignity, memory, and resistance. The documentary features women shellfish gatherers and fishers who face state neglect, environmental degradation, and the invasion of their territories. Among nets, shellfish, and struggle, they reaffirm their right to exist. A film that denounces and calls for action.
