La construcción del Ministerio de Hacienda y Comercio
IMDb 0.01950
With a musical score typical of a romantic drama, the camera captures, for fifteen minutes (which feel like hours), the construction workers pouring cement into the building's foundations. That's fine as a small news item, but not for a "documentary" of this length. What are they trying to do? Promote bricklaying classes?
