By drawing on family archives and the popular Andean legend of the Muqui, this project seeks to explore the figure of the Andean woman in depth. Utilizing inherited images from her own intimate sphere, the filmmaker reconsiders how this figure is represented on screen, breaking away from traditional narratives to propose alternative perspectives on memory, identity, and the ways in which the Andean territory is inhabited.
