The documentary seeks to record the opinion of a resident from one of Rio de Janeiro’s 157 low-income communities regarding the legalization of marijuana and the pacification of the city. It features a testimonial from Maurício Hora, a resident of Morro da Providência, a hillside community occupied by a UPP – Police Pacification Unit.
