Legend tells of two ancient magical rings forged from the swords once wielded by Yang Guo and Xiaolongnü, capable of swapping their wearers’ bodies. Centuries later, the rings fall into the hands of a fortune teller. Pang Feifei, a lovelorn college student, buys one hoping to find romance, while his childhood friend Shen Le, a popular student determined to study abroad, acquires the other for academic success.
